1. Delete data in the app (fastest)

Most learning data stays on your device. You can remove it without contacting us:

Uninstall the app — removes local quiz history, progress, settings, and bookmarks.
Or open Settings in the app and use the available reset controls for quiz history / progress.
If you signed in: Settings → Account → Delete account and data — removes your Firebase account data and synced progress, then signs you out.
Optional crash reports: turn off crash reporting under Settings.

If you cannot use the in-app controls, or want confirmation that cloud / account data associated with you has been erased, email us:

Please include:

Subject: Data deletion request - Road to Germany
The email address used for Google / Apple sign-in (if you created an account)
Your app store account country (optional, helps us locate records)
What you want deleted (account, synced progress, and/or confirmation of local-only use)

We will process verified requests under applicable law (including GDPR Article 17 where it applies), typically within 30 days.

Local-only use (no sign-in): we do not hold your quiz data on our servers — uninstall or reset on the device is sufficient.
Signed-in cloud sync: Firebase user ID, email used for sign-in, and synced progress under your user record.
Crash reports (Sentry): opt out in Settings; ask us by email if you need a deletion review for stored crash events.
Ads / purchases: advertising identifiers and purchase records are also processed by Google / Apple under their policies; store-account deletion must be done in those platforms.
